This is the final version of the Victorian commission. This was the largest piece that I had painted up until this point, at a whopping 11”x17”. Yet it was absolutely necessary to capture the proportions and details of this magnificent house. All the colors, with the exception of the grey/black roof, were mixed by hand. I even went so far as to match the color of the house to the color of the paint chips the owners brought in as samples.
