One of the most unusual features in Pari is the building known as Il Museo, or “the museum” which is situated under and behind a set of open-air arches that lead to the lower giro. The arches mark what locals consider the narrowest part of the upper giro, a place where cars stop so they can thread the gap without accidentally shattering their outside mirrors. Note: there is also a little library tucked under the arches, providing people with a quiet place to read and talk in (semi) private.
