This is a painting of the little church in Pari, Italia. True to its name, there is another, larger, church in Pari to the right of this older structure. I waited more than three weeks to begin painting this piece after completing the pen work, since I was so afraid of ruining the delicate patterning and perspective. All in all, I am happy with how this piece came out, even the small details of the plants in the flower pots which border the church’s doorway.
