After completing Pietriolo - I, I wanted to work on another piece that would allow me to play with texture. I chose this little house which is covered in jasmine (gelsomino) to continue working on textures. If you happen to be in Pari at the right time of the year, the jasmine is in full bloom, showering this little house in the most fragrant star-like blossoms. I donated this piece as part of the annual Art Heist in Putnam to help raise funds for the local food pantry. I was absolutely thrilled when my friend Alison ended up with the piece.
