This is a portrait of the old Congregational church in the village where I grew up. At one point in time, this church served as the meeting house and center of town politics. This is a classical New England church, complete with the white clapboards and tall steeple. The picture of this piece isn’t as detailed since my friend, who wanted a commission of this church, snapped it up before I could get it scanned at the graphics center.
