Princess Monomochi - II

This is my second attempt at "Princess Monomochi", this time in full color. Mochi was more challenging to draw this time, if for no other reason than she is a primarily white cat with very short fur.

This lack of darker colors made her coat quite challenging to emulate with watercolor, which is one of the primary reasons why I added in the watercolor pencil. The colored pencil allowed me to create softer textured fur than I can currently paint at this scale. Thanks to the pencil-work, Mochi looks fluffier than every, or at least fluffier than ink and watercolor would have allowed for me.
