La Scuderia - I - Available Artwork | Artisticità Studio by Michael Weaver

This was my first attempt at recreating a scene from the past. The manger (la scuderia) that used to sit on this property, along with the tree next to it, had been taken down to make room for a new home for a new family. As a result, all I had to work with were a series of photos and a familiarity with the land as it stands now. I was mainly getting a feel for color and composition in this piece, as well as playing with the overall proportions of the building itself.
